I'm Kayleigh / Kay. I am a qualified counsellor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where people can speak freely and be truly heard. With a calm, grounded approach, I work with individuals—particularly men—who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, or just need someone to talk to.
I believe that trust is the foundation of healing, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
